Project Healing Waters Supporting Charlotte, North Carolina and Surrounding Areas

The mission of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing ("PHWFF") is to assist in the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active duty military personnel and veterans through fly fishing and fly tying education and outings.
PHWFF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Maryland. PHWFF is dependent on tax-deductible donations and the help of numerous volunteers to meet the educational, equipment, transportation, and related needs of the participants.
The Carolina Fly Fishing Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization affiliated with the Federation of Fly Fishers, provides the PHWFF programs in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding areas pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding with PHWFF. The Club also supports conservation and fly fishing education.
The Carolina Fly Fishing Club supports veterans at the Charlotte Outpatient Clinic as well as the Hefner VAMC in Salisbury, North Carolina.
